Shaki received a B.S. degree in mathematics in 2002, an M.S. degree in 2003 and a Ph.D. degree in 2008, from Bar-Ilan University, Ramat Gan, Israel. He is the author of 15 articles. His research interests include differential equations, theory of queues and stochastic processes. Most studies deal with optimal strategies in queuing systems and others on risk-benefit analysis. Dr. Shaki’s awards and honors include an award for Excellence (Jerusalem College of Technology) in 2016 and the Uriel G. Rothblum Prize for Excellent Work in Operations Research (Operations Research Society of Israel) in 2015. Peer-Reviewed Papers in Refereed Journals 1.
