The Jerusalem College Of Technology is one of the largest academic institutions in Jerusalem. It is fully accredited by Israel’s Council of Higher Education and specializes in high-tech engineering, computer science, industrial management and health care sciences combined with a Jewish studies program. JCT’s mission is to produce leaders who are strongly committed to Israel,to Jerusalem and to Jewish values. For over 50 years, JCT has contributed to Israel and Jerusalem by producing high quality engineering and management professionals and by enhancing employment opportunities. Religious Studies – Beit Midrash / Midrasha JCT’s Beit Midrash and Torah studies programs embody the principles upon which JCT is built – the centrality of Torah learning in our daily lives. JCT offers a wide array of Torah studies, ranging from Talmud, Tanach and practical Halacha to the Torah’s perspective on science and business ethics. From the early morning hours until late at night, students can be found in the Beit Midrash for prayers or engaged in Talmudic discourse. The Beit Midrash and Midrasha are filled during morning hours with Chavruta learning and shiurim in order to instill within our students the values they will require when entering the professional world. It is from this daily learning that our students draw their commitment to Israel and the Jewish people.
