I explore different types of virtual project teams as temporary and ongoing ones through multiple variables as communication, trust and collaboration. The aim of my studies is to increase the success of projects in a virtual environment. Currently, I am working on a new research whose purpose is to understand the impact of remote work due to the corona virus on team collaboration. As well as determining which ICTs are best suited to the different types of collaboration (e.g knowledge sharing, decision making, problem solving etc.) Books, Book Sections 1.
