I have a strong background in business ethics, which I apply to both quantitative empirical research, as well as to developing theoretical understandings of behavior. In particular, I research how the use of certain technologies (for example, smartphones, video calls, social media, etc.) affect various aspects of the users' lives. My recent studies looked at users' frequency and type of social media use and how that impacted their happiness levels, feelings of anxiety, and work satisfaction. I am constantly looking for new research challenges, and particularly enjoy collaborating with researchers from other fields, including public health, applied ethics, and others.
