                I consulted about decisions pertaining to the use of microprocessors and pertaining to the development of efficient programs for the microprocessors.

I helped with the development of a new system for measuring blood pressure automatically. I did hardware interfacing work for the ADSP 21061 (including writing device drivers in C) and algorithm development work.

I helped develop the theoretical underpinnings of new techniques that were being considered.

I helped develop an ultrasonic milk-meter. I was responsible for much of the digital portion of the project. We used the C164 16-bit microprocessor for the digital side of the project.

I worked on a new communication system. I did digital signal processing work (including writing and testing code for the ADSP 2181 and the ADSP 21061) and some hardware design work.

Editor-in-Chief

As of 2006 Shlomo writes the "Instrumentation Notes" column in the IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Magazine twice a year.   At the end of 2007, Shlomo became the Associate Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Magazine.  From December 2008 until June 2012, Shlomo was the Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Magazine.
