בעבר, מנהל פרוייקטים וראש צוות בפרוייקטי תכנה ביטחוניים.

כיהן בעבר כמנכ"ל מוסדות מדרשיית נעם (1999-2004). סמנכ"ל למדע וטכנולוגיה ברשת אמי"ת (1996-1999).

לימודי דוקטורט במדעי המחשב באוניברסיטת  Pacific Southern University, USA (1991).  מוסמך לתואר שני במדעי המחשב במחלקה למדעי המחשב באוניברסיטת בר אילן (1988). תואר ראשון בבית ספר הגבוה לטכנולוגיה, ירושלים (1981).

תחומי מחקר ועניין: אבטחת מידע, מערכות עמומות, טכנולוגיות ומערכות מידע, סוגיות אתיות במדעי המחשב, טכנולוגיות אינטרנט, מובייל וסלולר.
