The world of computers is synonymous with fast-paced development and change. Computers have practical use in almost every aspect of our lives, including industry, commerce, and medicine.
The curriculum of the Computer Science Department offers students theoretical background as well as practical experience in computes, which can be used in industry or business. The course provides a student with familiarity with programming, the architecture of computer systems, and engineering software and communications.
Communication Systems Engineering Faculty:
Graduates are eligible for registration in the Architect's and Engineers' Registry.
The Communication Systems Engineering Faculty trains student in telecommunication systems and network technologies as well as computer software engineering and programming. Student acquire both theoretical and practical knowledge of telephony networks, packet switching networks, local area networks, IP network technologies including internet technologies and wireless networks including mobile third and fourth generation technologies. The students will master this extremely important and exciting discipline beginning with the basics and progressing to advance system analysis, performance, quality of service (QoS) and implementation. The theoretical studies will systematically be followed by practical examples, comparing features and various technologies.
